Cliodhna Ní Ghriofa, project officer for SW-Grow gave an introduction to the work being carried out by SW-Grow. Cliodhna was followed by Dr. Roy Bartle who discussed in detail his research on seaweed drying within SW-Grow. This was followed by a two hour workshop from Dave Garforth of RS Standards on the sustainable harvesting and accreditation of seaweed.
